Melalui CP, guru dan peserta didik memiliki arah yang jelas tentang kompetensi apa saja yang harus dikuasai pada setiap fase pendidikan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dengan kata lain, CP berfungsi sebagai peta jalan yang menghubungkan tujuan kurikulum dengan praktik pembelajaran di kelas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Namun, apa sebenarnya yang di maksud dengan capaian pembelajaran? Bagaimana perannya dalam mendukung Kurikulum Merdeka? Sebagai Acuan Pembelajaran<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Guru merancang Alur Tujuan Pembelajaran (ATP) dan modul ajar berdasarkan CP. Dengan demikian, setiap kegiatan belajar mengacu pada kompetensi yang ingin di capai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Sebagai_Tolok_Ukur_Penilaian\"><\/span>2. Berikut langkah-langkah yang dapat dilakukan guru dan sekolah:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"1_Melakukan_Asesmen_Diagnostik\"><\/span>1. Melakukan Asesmen Diagnostik<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebelum pembelajaran dimulai, guru perlu mengetahui kondisi awal siswa. Dengan asesmen diagnostik, guru bisa menyesuaikan materi sesuai kesiapan belajar siswa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Menyusun_Alur_Tujuan_Pembelajaran_ATP\"><\/span>2. Menyusun Alur Tujuan Pembelajaran (ATP)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>ATP merupakan turunan dari CP yang disusun secara bertahap. Setiap tujuan pembelajaran harus mengarah pada capaian akhir fase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_Mengembangkan_Modul_Ajar\"><\/span>3. Mengembangkan Modul Ajar<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Modul ajar berfungsi sebagai panduan teknis di kelas. Guru bisa menggunakan modul dari pemerintah, mengadaptasinya, atau membuat sendiri sesuai konteks lokal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_Melaksanakan_Pembelajaran_Berdiferensiasi\"><\/span>4.
