Pada jaringan bertingkat (multi-subnet \/ multi-site), router menggunakan tabel routing untuk memutuskan kemana paket harus dikirim. Terdapat dua metode utama dalam menentukan rute: routing statis (static routing) dan routing dinamis (dynamic routing).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Artikel ini menjelaskan konsep kedua metode, keunggulan dan kelemahannya, serta menyediakan panduan langkah-demi-langkah untuk mensimulasikan kedua jenis routing pada lingkungan lab menggunakan alat simulasi populer. Juga disertakan contoh konfigurasi CLI (Cisco IOS) untuk static routing serta protokol dinamis umum (RIP, OSPF, EIGRP), teknik verifikasi, troubleshooting, dan rekomendasi desain jaringan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam praktik jaringan, pemilihan antara routing statis dan dinamis tergantung pada ukuran jaringan, kebutuhan skalabilitas, ketersediaan sumber daya, dan kebutuhan resiliency. Routing statis mudah diimplementasikan dan aman untuk jaringan kecil\/statis, tetapi tidak praktis untuk jaringan yang sering berubah. Best Practices &amp; Desain Routing<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Gunakan static route untuk:<\/strong> jaringan kecil, default-route ke ISP, atau route backup (floating static route dengan AD lebih tinggi).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gunakan dynamic routing untuk:<\/strong> jaringan yang skalanya menengah\u2013besar atau dengan topologi yang berubah.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Segmentasi dengan VLAN<\/strong> dan gunakan routing inter-VLAN di L3 switch atau router.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kombinasi:<\/strong> static route untuk default + dynamic protocol internal untuk internal routing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Keamanan:<\/strong> batasi pertukaran routing antar domain (use distribute-list \/ route-maps), gunakan authentication (OSPF MD5, EIGRP auth).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Monitoring:<\/strong> aktifkan SNMP, syslog, dan monitoring untuk deteksi cepat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Test perubahan di lab<\/strong> sebelum diterapkan produksi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"9_LatihanTugas_Praktikum_yang_Disarankan\"><\/span>9.
