Program ini membantu siswa belajar secara mandiri sesuai kecepatan dan kemampuan masing-masing. Melalui sistem ini, pembelajaran menjadi lebih fleksibel, efektif, dan berpusat pada siswa. Di <strong>SMA Negeri 1 (Smansa)<\/strong>, UKBM diterapkan untuk memberikan kebebasan bagi setiap siswa dalam menentukan ritme belajar mereka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dengan kata lain, UKBM Smansa bukan hanya sekadar tugas mandiri, tetapi <strong>sistem pembelajaran berbasis kemandirian<\/strong>. Setiap siswa diberi modul, panduan, dan target capaian yang bisa diselesaikan sesuai kemampuan individu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Melalui sistem ini, siswa tidak lagi hanya menjadi pendengar di kelas, melainkan UKBM Smansa adalah untuk:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa.<\/strong><br>Siswa didorong untuk mengatur waktu dan strategi belajar mereka sendiri.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kreatif.<\/strong><br>Karena siswa tidak hanya menghafal, tetapi juga menganalisis dan menerapkan konsep.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Membiasakan tanggung jawab terhadap pembelajaran.<\/strong><br>Setiap siswa wajib menyelesaikan modul UKBM sesuai jadwal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mendorong terdiri dari beberapa komponen utama, yaitu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Modul UKBM<\/strong> \u2013 berisi ringkasan materi, aktivitas pembelajaran, serta latihan soal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lembar Kegiatan Siswa (LKS)<\/strong> \u2013 digunakan untuk mencatat hasil kerja dan refleksi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Penilaian Formatif dan Sumatif<\/strong> \u2013 untuk mengukur kemajuan belajar siswa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Panduan Guru Pembimbing<\/strong> \u2013 berfungsi sebagai fasilitator, bukan satu-satunya sumber belajar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain itu, guru berperan aktif dalam <strong>memantau perkembangan siswa<\/strong>, memberikan arahan jika ada kesulitan, serta memastikan setiap siswa menyelesaikan dasar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Belajar Mandiri<\/strong><br>Siswa mempelajari modul di rumah atau di sekolah sesuai waktu yang ditentukan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Diskusi dan Konsultasi<\/strong><br>Jika ada materi sulit, siswa dapat berdiskusi dengan teman atau guru pembimbing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Penilaian Formatif<\/strong><br>Guru menilai sejauh mana pemahaman siswa terhadap modul yang telah dipelajari.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Umpan Balik dan Refleksi<\/strong><br>Setelah evaluasi, siswa menulis refleksi untuk mengetahui apa yang sudah dan belum
